WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE?

There is absolutely no doubt that the current POA Board is absolutely out of touch with reality.  The biggest loser in the Village (Golf)  and their intent is to expand on that - what kind of strategy is this?  NOTE: the data I was working from was hard to read and therefore some digits may be misread and mis-typed, but they (if any) they will be in the last three digits of the numbers in the spreadsheet and due to there small nature will in no way invalidate the percentage calculations.
